Ich könnte im Rahmen von WRINTs Odonien 23 eine Rückfahrgelegenheit oder Tipps, um eine Nacht in Köln herumzubringen, gebrauchen.

@falcon You may, and I might. :D
Good luck and all the perseverance you need to you and your wife, too.
@falcon Haha, the difficulties of learning new languages; I feel you. Learning Japanese – alone, with Duolingo – has been a slog for me, but I'm still at it. Go me, lol.
Nice to hear that the series is digitally available for english readers at least. So if you're fine with e-books, you're not missing much. Though, I have to admit, having the prints with the cover arts is appealing to me. 😅
@falcon NEO was a good move by the publisher. Rebooting (is it actually a reboot? – doesn't matter) the series in a more modern style and a tad more gritty probably helped many younger or newer readers to get into it.
iirc you are learning german, don't you?
Do you read PR in english? Are the books easily available for non-german readers, ie people whose german is not good enough to read?
Saw this lytics being shared today. It instantly reminded me of the Arkonides in Perry Rhodan:
“They repeated every test
They checked out all the data on their lists
And then, the alien anthropologists
Admitted they were still perplexed
But on eliminating every other reason
For our sad demise
They logged the only explanation left
This species has amused itself to death
“ - Roger Waters, -Amused to Death 1992
