A few things are happening at once that together are putting some clarity on the direction we should have for Micro.blog development: Vincent has been working on the official Android app. It’s in public beta now on Google Play. This app is written in React Native, which uses JavaScript with native system controls. Apple is burning through developer trust with the App Store. This is now mainstream opinion, not just a fringe of developers complaining.
Rolling out a fix for cross-posting in Micro.blog, which broke when we optimized publishing performance this week. Apologies for the glitch.
@GR36 Just noticed this reply over on Mastodon, so figured I might as well reply here too… I happened to roll out an improvement today to hosted photos. This shouldn't happen anymore.

Day 2 of Catalina, now hitting more issues with full disk access and Ruby-related commands. Using rbenv and starting to wonder if I need to throw everything out and re-install to make Catalina happy. I’ve added all the obvious paths to System Prefs.
