I had a lovely time in Chicago visiting and such. ❤️ But I didn’t get any crocheting done while there, and the flights back were very tiring. Instead, here’s a picture of a really great place to eat while there. At Green Street Smoked Meats there’s an amazing selection of smoked meats to delight your senses. The pickled onions really help cut the fat but there isn’t excess fat in the meat when served. The esthetic is also amazing and the jazzy/danceable music always makes me want to do some Lindy hop or one of the ballroom dances. I love this place and will always slot a meal here when I’m in Chicago. ❤️

Finally went to Japan last summer. It’s been a looooooong dream of mine. Lots of wonderful experiences and definitely going to be back again. Also, prototypes of crochet booties that I made during the trip, but didn’t take any pictures until I was back home 😅
