that said, i'd be giving a lot to move out of LA (mostly, proximity to social circle and people i work with), but lets be real, it isn't sustainable to live here in the long run. i'd eventually have to move elsewhere anyway. the work can be done remotely at least.

i've also thought about the digital nomad visa in Japan, and doing that for the 6 months. i have family in Tokyo that can help me while living there.

talked to my dad briefly about a growing desire to go back into the vehicle dwelling lifestyle, except doing it in Australia. i have a much better support system there in terms of whose driveway i can park in & work on it, and family & friends of family who would help with construction & fitting. then i can focus on the electrical & battery, water systems lol

other than that i've been doing some vgm composing, some rom hacking work, and working on my album...
feeling less burnt out, and less like life and self care are totally in shambles lol
