IMHO too many people know how how to program, and too few people know history. Last generation is sadly growing up with a "you just gotta learn python!!" mentality from their peers and the right wing idiocy of decrying and defunding "woke degrees".

Would anyone be able to give me a rundown of how easy it is to use C++ with Godot? I love the way it works in UE5 with hot reload and clear hierarchy from C++ classes to Blueprints. Is there something close to that?

This LK-99 material... it feels like every attempt to replicate it makes it sound more likely to not be a superconductor, yet it seems every time there's a development the takeaway on birdapp is "superconductor confirmed!!". Am I going mad?

well, this was an unexpected morning. my company just announced that it will be closing at the end of the month and everyone will be terminated.

on a personal level, i’m 9 months pregnant and scheduled for a c-section in less than a week, which puts me in a tough spot as i know i’m gonna have to take “leave” time.
