So this was the last Doctor Who episode by Steven Moffat... Not one of my favorite episodes but still touching. It's the end of an era after all. But the future holds so many possibilities! And what a cliffhanger!
There is absolutely nothing like the satisfaction a good anime provides, either as a movie or series. Just finished watching Summer Wars and I am experiencing that unique satisfaction again...
Watched Bright and found it quite okay, on the same level with some 90s action movies. Not every movie needs to be a masterpiece, sometimes quite okay is good enough.
Started watching the 2nd season of The Crown. Still incredible. So cinematic in every way, it's a delight to watch!
I thought Brexit was one of the stupidest things a country ever did but now there are some British people celebrating their passport color to be blue and as a foreigner I am so dumbfounded. You will be waiting in horribly long queues you lunatics, what does it matter if your passport color is all rainbow?
History, and now the Last Jedi, showed us over and over again that you never make a movie for "fans" who wouldn't know a good work even if it hit them in the face. Fans only know about expecting certain things. I am glad Rian Johnson knows about this and has the ability to brace some backlash:

Director Rian Johnson responds to the Star Wars The Last Jedi backlash from fans who are unhappy with his radical choices in the latest Star Wars saga film.
Finished watching Dark. Definitely one of Netflix's best series. I'm not sure if it needs a 2nd season as the current 10 episodes told an amazing story anyway (don't even know if they plan to do more actually).
Oh no, there is some new political disaster in America. That means birdsite will be insufferable again...
At Prince Charles Cinema to watch the Muppets Christmas Carol for the first time. I love the new text by the way...
