2FAS or Aegis

I am unable to choose between the 2. I need some advantage/disadvantage to make me decide one I love the Aegis UI but I hear that 2FAS is more secure. I would also like to know which of the 2 options is closer to FOSS “philosophy”.

i’ve been trying to find an alternative to goodreads for a long time, and among the requirements were a nice interface, a complete database of books, a social component (friends, recommendations, voting reviews…) and a spanish language. the latter is not fulfilled in this case, but time will tell. i recently tried storygraph and although it’s a good app in terms of functionality, there was something about the interface that didn’t quite convince me. then by pure chance i discovered Hardcover [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hardcover.app], which has everything i’m looking for (except the language) and also allows you to import your goodreads library. if you like this kind of apps you should give it a try.
