@gMoon In this instance it wouldn't be favourites still because I am in an emergency circumstance & genuinely need help. Helping me would not be favoritism just logical decision making.

Late to an interview today after walking over two hours in the rain, completely unempathetic response from manager even when directly telling them I am a cybersec researcher that has been stuck outdoors for over three years. Refused to reschedule.
Then I looked at the BBB rating for Starbucks & found that it is 1 star.
