LinkedIn is full of people promoting the idea that their own role (while being of course irreplaceable themselves) does not need anymore of another.
Designers don't need any coders anymore. Coders don't need any designers anymore. PMs don't need any designers or coders anymore, etc. etc.
It’s like everyone is on each others throats.
Software Developers telling other Software Developers that they don't want to pay for professional software.
It's like working in the kitchen of a restaurant all day, but if you eat out yourself, you demand free food.
