I had problems with my eyelids due to these little bastards. gave me near constant sties that no amount of face washing would prevent. Luckily my eye doctor recommended so drops to me that drastically reduced their population. 3 years on and no more sties.
The way its been described to me is that if you suddenly see a snow storm in your eye then you need to get to the doctor immediately
Not all mortgages are assumable and many have “due on sale” clauses that require any seller to pay off the entire loan. This could be great for some special circumstances (like a home owner wanting to avoid forclosure or wanting to transfer to a family member) but I wonder just how many people could realistically take advantage of this.

I’ve had success with MPCFILL (mpcfill.com) and MakePlayingCards.com. The cards are indistinguishable from the real thing as far as feel goes (passes the bend test) and blends in perfectly once sleeved.

This isn’t true. Defacing money for the purpose of fraud or to melt coins for their metal value is illegal but creating elongated coins is not.

I feel the same way. Vscode has its place but certain restrictions and recent changes have me considering a move. I’m currently experimenting with ZED (zed.dev) to see if it fits all my needs.
