Since my last pizza post, I've made a ton of pizzas. Here's the recipe I've settled on: dough from 133g flour and 66g gluten; sauce from 20g tomato paste and 130g crushed tomatoes; half an onion; 100g meatballs or sausage; 100g cheese.

This adds up to about 1300 kcal and 80g of protein.

today I made pizza. For cost reasons, I only used 125 grams of cheese, which has the nice benefit of definitely 100% absolutely being very healthy.
