Noone of consequence.
They're not even pretending that Putin didn't try to elect Trump and Trump didn't invite and try to reward Putin's help. They're just saying that's fine and we should stop complaining about it.

@Popehat I'm still surprised she used "Still D.R.E" when her supporters are still C.S.A.
One of the worst developments in the internet was the point that every single action I took online began to generate an email asking me to "rate" the experience

McCarthy has now lost 11 Speaker votes, and there's no sign of anything changing.

But here's the part that really gets me.

Republicans—who won 2 presidencies with fewer votes, filibustered dozens of popular bills while representing 20M fewer Americans, and appointed 3 SCOTUS justices contrary to the will of the majority of Americans—are upset that 20 ultra-MAGAs are holding 200 MAGAs hostage.

I guess they don't like the FO stage of FA ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Elon Musk claimed he fixed Twitter's verification system to stop verifying impostors.

So our columnist @geoffreyfowler tested it again--and again was able to get a blue checkmark (and go viral) impersonating a U.S. Senator. https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2023/01/05/twitter-blue-verification/

Twitter said it fixed ‘verification.’ So I impersonated a senator (again).

Elon Musk said Twitter would begin authenticating users who pay $8 for Blue. Our tech columnist was still able to get a checkmark for an impostor Sen. Ed Markey.

Obviously the lesson of Kevin McCarthy following the most competent vote-counting Speaker in the House in living memory by having to beg the slime of his party for votes is that women are too emotional to lead.
