"I'm letting you pick the console and games for the coop session".
And he had to say "Contra III: The Alien Wars". Now I have to "git gud" at it in two weeks. Argh.
The Summer Games Done Quick 2025 schedule is screwing me like it never has. Around the evening / night time in europe, I get 4 hours RPG runs. I like Pokémon runs, but I don't have the stomach for another Scarlet / Violet race.
Honestly, I think the VOD viewership statistics are a better success metric than the live viewers.

First day I managed to get back home without sweating, and I end drenched in sweating from doing home chores in the evening.
Summer sucks, yet I still refuse to install AC. That will only make the global warming problem even worse. And speaking of warm, no streaming until the weather improves. My ancient second screen runs pretty hot, and I don't trust myself to not swear like a sailor when the heat gets to me .

Oh, wait. When did they model the Shambler's teeth???

Scourge of Armagon is how a expansion should be. I can't say the same about Disolution of Eternity. it simply feels cheap, even if it is not as bad as the Quake II expansions.
PS: I know that purists hate antialias on Quake, but that's how I played it in the late nineties with a 3DFX card.

same as every year, heat waves suck for playing FPS games. Once the skin gets sticky, it becomes impossible to mouse aim with the arm instead of the wrist.
Yesterday i was in the mood for Doom after ordering a sound card with midi capabilities, and I ended having to wear a basketball sleeve to glide my arm over the desk.
