Impressions on new comics.
"Rai-Rai-Rai" (Thunder-Thunder-Thunder) volume five.
Long and fierce battle against the alien monster before unfolding the heroine's background. Interesting as before!

"Hominid Yuika" volume one.
The main character enters a high school with various demi-human students such as cat-woman and kappa (small river monster in Japan). This is not a common comedy but a serious drama of adolescence. I hope she will overcome the trauma and see her friend again.

"Franken Fran: Frantic" volume 11.
This is a grotesque medical story with the superhuman (*literally!) doctor Fran, and the radical social satire. For example: cats cafe, owls cafe, and then what if "baby cafe" with artificial baby-like lives becomes popular and the business is subsumed by capitalism?
