Does anyone have a citation and/or terminology that distinguishes between the targeted communities of a disinformation campaign: e.g. (1) a targeted-vector community that as infiltrated and then used to spread disinformation; vs. (2) a targeted-victim community that a campaign smears and demonizes as part of their efforts to motivate the targeted-vector community and achieve desired political/other outcomes?
