Rua the SidheI have so many thoughts about the dropping on the charges against Bruce Lehrmann… the most predominant of which is that THIS IS WHY WOMEN DON’T REPORT RAPE.
It’s why I didn’t report my rape 35 years ago. It’s why tens of thousands of women will look at this trial, how it’s been portrayed in the media, and the toll it’s taken on Ms Higgins and tell themselves it’s not worth it.
