Lightroom says all my photos are sync'd to the cloud.
Creative Suite Files says I have no cloud documents.
I might have finally unraveled the mystery of macOS Universal Control sucking. Along with the usual “enable all the ‘Link to Mac or iPad’” options on both computers, the Universal Control.app needs access through the firewall. It wasn't until I enabled the firewall and explicitly added the app on both computers did it start working, and more importantly staying connected even after a re-boot or going to sleep.
The Universal Control app is located in /System/Library/CoreServices.
