State lawmakers who were key in passing “anti-LGBTQ” bills have received millions from companies that signed a Human Rights Campaign petition condemning legislation targeting the LGBTQ+ community.
323 companies signed the petition stating their opposition to legislation targeting LGBTQ+ people.
But over 50 of these companies have contributed more than $2.4 million to state legislators who played crucial roles in passing bills deemed anti-LGBTQ+ by the ACLU
One thing that strikes me about the Trump documents case is that it's almost entirely a sequence of unforced errors that yielded almost no obvious benefit to him. It's just narcissistic recklessness, lies, doubling down, obstruction, conspiracy, rinse and repeat.
He could have simply returned the documents he knew about and cooperated in the recovery of the others. But he can't help himself.
A former US President has been indicted because he was the biggest threat to America's national security in history.
