Luminia🌕🧚🏻We're having severe anxiety over doing things, that caues us to shut down and sleep for an extended period of time throughout the day. It's been hard to deal with. If we're not doing physical things that shut our brain off in some way, we get sleepy. It's like anything mentally tasking, that requires a lotof focus, we feel heavy and our body and brain are like, no, not right now. And we try and sleep the feeling off. and that, obviously doesn't work. -- Altheda/Lillianna
