My bad luck with instances strikes again. This one is shutting down on March 31st, so I'll have to migrate. But I might not bother with it because it is extremely hard to find people with the same interests.
None of the fandoms I wanted to join or establish want to touch fedi. After gnusocial took a huge hit, I still can't find the kind of discussions I was looking for (
#writing as an art,
#fandom). And even though I can find tons of people I agree with philosophically, the only content that gets shared between us is news, current events, or memes. I might come back after a while. Not sure when or on what condition.
