@taoeffect the s-apostrophe has always been an aesthetic eyesore to me, I try to avoid it whenever possible in my own writing :p
The W3C EME github issues tracker sure has a lot of formal objections. https://github.com/w3c/encrypted-media/issues

@bcrypt a service like this already exists: www.anonymousspeech.com (not that having another is a bad thing, just pointing out that it's not new).

If people really care about anonymity and censorship-resistance they should look into using and supporting blockchain-based DNS like Blockstack (https://blockstack.org).

How can blockchains improve the internet’s infrastructure? https://coincenter.org/entry/how-can-blockchains-improve-the-internet-s-infrastructure
"Would be really nice if some international standard was set for bootstrapping seeds in p2p protocols..." https://github.com/ipfs/blockchain-data/issues/1#issuecomment-94918011
Just noticed that the Blockstack team does their scrums in public. https://github.com/blockstack/daily-scrum I think that's the first time I've seen that before.
Lack of a mastadon emoji was a grave oversight @Gargron jkjk but really I am creating a github issue about this
Hello new mastadonians :elephant:

Hi GNU social! I signed up via Mastodon because I like to try the difference decentralized social networks that are out there.

Recent projects I've been involved with:
Bitseed - www.bitseed.org - plug and play Bitcoin full node servers.
Blockstack - www.blockstack.org - platform for building decentralized applications, with built-in decentralized DNS and PKI.
Decentralized Web Summit - www.decentralizedweb.net - conference bringing together developers and thinkers working on decentralized tech
