@dennison_shelly Sounds absolutely delightful. And the colours in that last pic as they shine and seem to dance on the wall really remind us of how we should seek the beauty in every aspect of life as much as we possibly can. Thank you SO much for that reminder 🙂

@hbl5 So very true. I've been trying to take 30 mins to an hour before turning out the light to just lay quiet and decompress (or at least make peace with) the feelings/conversations etc of the day (some more significant than others obviously) so that sleep may be more welcoming. To be fair, it was working for a while but, more recently, it's been especially hard. Hope you can find a way to switch off that works for you because this is just *so* exhausting...

Is anyone else just tired and feeling quite meh right now? 🤔 December isn't the best month for me anyway but this year it's felt a LOT harder. It's like I've been trudging along for SO long (probably since covid originally hit the be honest) and I finally stopped which allowed everything else to catch up and now I feel so... flat. I wonder if I can get away with sleeping through the rest of the year and wake up nice and fresh in 2023, ready to take on the world again?
