@dennison_shelly Sounds absolutely delightful. And the colours in that last pic as they shine and seem to dance on the wall really remind us of how we should seek the beauty in every aspect of life as much as we possibly can. Thank you SO much for that reminder 🙂
@LivingTheDream Wow!! Looks amazing 😍
@hbl5 So very true. I've been trying to take 30 mins to an hour before turning out the light to just lay quiet and decompress (or at least make peace with) the feelings/conversations etc of the day (some more significant than others obviously) so that sleep may be more welcoming. To be fair, it was working for a while but, more recently, it's been especially hard. Hope you can find a way to switch off that works for you because this is just *so* exhausting...
Is anyone else just tired and feeling quite meh right now? 🤔 December isn't the best month for me anyway but this year it's felt a LOT harder. It's like I've been trudging along for SO long (probably since covid originally hit the be honest) and I finally stopped which allowed everything else to catch up and now I feel so... flat. I wonder if I can get away with sleeping through the rest of the year and wake up nice and fresh in 2023, ready to take on the world again?
@petewalkden absolutely beautiful. It always amazes me to think there are people in the world who fail to see the wonder in the world around them. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
@Saralimback My cousin and I have been wondering that for a while but, sadly, consumerism and capitalist culture coupled with mass media influence and pressure from others to comply with social norms mean it's highly unlikely to be anything more than it is now.
Growing food in city centre spaces isn’t just a brilliant idea, but it’s offering support to folk who during the cost of living crisis are more vulnerable than ever. And it’s making productive use of land that would only be grass, creating healthy soils and supporting people and planet.
So why the hell isn’t it the norm?
