~~~joined witches town, so excited~~~
Hanging out with my favorite three and a half year old. How is this kid three and a half. How is that even possible.
Ran a panel about the apocalypse and speculative fiction and people seemed to be into it and not in a "stare glumly into the middle distance imagining the horrors to come" sort of way. Most of the credit probably goes to my panelists but kind of encouraging that maybe we haven't reached peak saturation for hot reckons on vernaculars of the end of the world.
Watching British people learn about sliders and I can't stop laughing.
It's weird to show up someplace and realize the last time you were there you were probably crying over something that a year later is mostly kind of a funny story. Anyway, psyched for this conference I guess.
Though "journalism and art are separate disciplines for a reason, fight me" is a pretty lame battle cry
Wasn't gonna submit a SRCCON proposal but I so strongly disagreed with the conceit of one of the sessions that I wrote the session equivalent of "fight me" in ten minutes. It'll be rejected but I regret nothing.
