@rmondello a question I have been pondering.
A little while ago WSJ released an article about a persons iPhone being stolen, and thus gaining access to all their accounts as they stored them in keychain.
This is the biggest drawback from me using keychain, so as someone who spoke at length about the passkey API with keychain (and 3rd parties), what are your thoughts on securing keychain on iOS, given there maybe benefits to use a native option over 3rd party?
Doesn’t seem to at the moment, I tried the passkey system out on a VM, and while it’s nice, it’s not as good as the others I’ve tried from either Apple or 1Password.
I would *hope* they build a sync functionality into say the MS Authenticator app for mobiles, it makes the most sense, unless you don’t sign in with your MS account.
