@nonzerosumjames I don't stay that up to date on everything, but it's kinda seemed for awhile now that there are some powerful people who think the best way to deal with global debt is WWIII....
extra ludicrous considering the banks are basically printing missile backed monopoly money at this point... 😂
@georgetakei The funniest part.... how unaware you are at the irony of being "appalled" by the far more trivial aspects of the larger conversation and moral questions at hand...
The capacity of people to convince themselves of things and find ways to rationalize their opinions, completely devoid of logic and reasoning never ceases to amaze me... We really need to start teaching honest philosophy in schools again.
@QasimRashid life gets a lot better when you stop blaming other people for all of the ills of the world.
We do have a problem with wealth inequality and the way the super rich and private equity are able to borrow $ for less than their returns, buy out solid companies then strip mine them to pay investors and sell the shell to a pension funds.
The gov't still won't tell us who cashed in from buying 287X the normal volume of puts on airlines right before 9/11. The TDS is blinding you.
@jensorensen I'd love to laugh at that comic strip -- giving $40 billion to Argentina is def not America first, and that's hardly the worst of it with this admin.
But you're obviously playing the role of propagandist. If you can't acknowledge the hypocrisy of the Dems in this instance: you're willfully ignorant or choosing TDS and division over facts.
You do realize the D's are leveraging the HC subsidies to guarantee a big payday for insurance companies come Jan. 1st, right?
