@BrentToderian Do you have any links that explain how existing cities that have a lot of underground installations (electricity, telecommunications, natural gas, sewage canals…) can be transformed to something like this? In my city (Vienna, Austria), the city council often explains that they unfortunately cannot do more, because of all this existing underground infrastructure…
