Idk, that’s a piefed glitch, if you create an account your can get past it, sometimes you can get past it without an account, try the desktop version of the site it might let you past it, I’ll mention it to the dev, several people are having issues, especially on mobile

that screen is wonky, it’s just a piefed thing, but you should be able to click the “register” button
