@siracusa every-time someone grabs a fire extinguisher to extinguish a person on fire it's a CO2 fire extinguisher. You shouldn't choose that for a person since you risk frost burns. But using a realistic powder fire ext will leave a mist ruining the shot. (plus I am pretty sure that stuntmen are covered with insulating clothes or gel so frost burns are less likely)
