I need a video game controller for a person with good fine motor skills but extremely diminished gross motor skills (can't lift arms, etc.) so they can control an iPad and therefore a bunch of accessibility apps on it (including critical communication ones)
should be small-ish

Clearing out the attic and found my old Amiga 500 and a box full of games. I can’t part with it, but I don’t know what to do with it either.
Well that was a tough ride in this June Winter. Cut it short to just over 40 miles because I couldn’t feel my fingers and the weather forecast lied to us.
This is the issue with fitness trackers. I know I had a bad nights sleep but I’m also supposed to be starting a 50 mile training ride in 45 mins. Do I listen to this and have a lazy day? Probably not.
