@jeffjarvis and @glennf what do you think about the State Department's decision to move from Times New Roman to Calibri. When I was responsible for document publishing in the 90s at Dataquest and later Gartner Group, it was drilled into me that serif fonts MUST be used for text and sans serif for headlines and captions.
