Honestly how hard is it to keep white walls white? Or keep my expensive wooden boarded floors looking good. It seems like some renters tend to forget its also an investment vehicle for us, not just a free ride. Also did anyone else notice renters are really bad at cleaning stains out of a toilet? I usually replace the whole thing when they move out with another toilet.
