@BostonBibliophile i read somewhere to do 20 mins at a time, break it up. But i dont know, i just bought a book about how to practice so after i read that i might have a better answer

@adamgreenfield yes i agree , worth a go , if its 20 , i remember looking into something like this with specsavers but i missed the appointment, but that was more about blocking out road noise
