Windows finally put me over the edge (again). I've installed Arch Linux (btw) on my home computers. Including my gaming rig.
I'll still have to use Windows at work, but I can tolerate that.
I used to run Gentoo, something around (more than?) a decade ago, and on returning to linux I've been shocked at how well everything just works. Even my Steam games. It's delightful.
And there's a feeling that switching to linux (again) has added more joy to my computing.
Today I got to share the knowledge of the life cycle of the fig. Yep, those delicious fruits. Some of my friends still haven't recovered.

I have had clouds most of the night, but they let up right during a spike to K-index 9. And this is from inside town.
Trying out a new Mastodon desktop client. I've been pretty happy with the web client, but was looking for a leetle bit more freedom and performance in how it's laid out. @sengi_app is really nice so far! I'm digging it.
