"Why don't people want to pay for streaming anymore?" cry the companies who split streaming into 40 different services that keep increasing in cost while randomly removing content without warning, and shoving ads into our paid services.
Yup, sure is a mystery. A real head scratcher.
Xcode 15 is fucking train wreck and I can't believe Apple isn't behaving like it’s actively on fire.
on an iPhone XR, plugged in, it takes about 5 seconds between Obscura launching and being able to capture a photo.
on a 15 Pro Max, plugged in via USB-C, it takes 48 seconds to do the same.
It's infuriating, and makes trying to get anything done almost futile.

WWDC week is... complicated. I set time aside on the weekend to catch up. A few mins in, I was gasping for breath out of Slack. So, I decided to once again act. The process wasn’t as painful as last year though, because what was unpacked — for an adolescent indie shop — made it easily our favourite ever Dub Dub.

Last year was our first WWDC. We had gone all-in on SwiftUI at this stage. Although there were plenty of additions and improvements to the framework, our iOS 16 update was underwhelming. But that’s about to change. We predict our iOS 17 update will significantly level up our UX.
