Yeah, I hear ya. I made the switch from PlayStation to Steam a handful of years ago myself. I still have my PSN account, but have rarely used it during that time and when I do get back on my PS5, it’s usually to play solo games I can’t get on PC.

That sucks and dealing with their customer support is even worse. Since you stated you don’t care much for the account, what about just deleting that account and creating a new one with a different email? It would suck losing all of your purchase and play history, but would definitely fix the issue.
