I wasn't much of a #StarWars fan when I was a kid, though I have seen the first six movies over time. Recently, I watched The Mandalorian, and it convinced me to go to the beginning and start watching everything chronologically. So far there is one major question I have about the universe.

Why does every city, station, base, large ship, etc. have at least one room containing nothing but catwalks with no hand rails and multi-storie abysses underneath? You'd think with all the people falling off, someone would put at least something up to reduce the occurrence.

It seems like a minor design flaw.

A coworker and I were talking about our current workloads. He asked how I managed to keep track of everything coming in. My answer in short was "I'm terrible at it". Requests come in via email, ticket systems (multiple), chat, etc and most of keeping track of that is generally in my head. Given this is an absurdly common issue, what have you found to help manage items and not lose track? Sticky Notes? Personal Kanban board? Persistent notepad file?

Does anyone know if any of the US Gov cyber groups have created Mastodon accounts to follow? For example CISA, NSA, DIA, etc? It would be pretty neat to get their advisories here.
