Today is a hard day. No specific reason - just how I woke this morning. Took my meds, had a healthy breakfast and then ate half a pack of Haribo and Milkybar buttons each. #Mentalhealth #Coping

I'm about to begin a #mentalhealth project at my #dayjob that excites me and feels very much "on-brand" for what I always saw myself doing - fingers crossed it's as good as I hope it to be!

It's interesting how the tone of this week has been that of an underlying anger at the injustices in the world and today I feel that calm before the storm. I can feel the flame of my rage igniting under the surface.
