To ord for samme ting, stort sett, selv om rent teknisk kan én server ha mer enn én instance. Oftest brukt innen gaming og lignende, hvor f.eks en MMO vanligvis splitter opp en bit av spillet i flere instancer for å unngå overbefolkning eller å la flere grupper spille gjennom samme dungeon samtidig, men separat.

Seemingly, it at least used to just send out a mass-DM to all your followers with your new @ which would be untenable for something like migrating through 4 accounts to a final 5th, as most would surely just say "fuck it" after the second clickthrough link. But if it's some backend database alteration, I guess it'd work fine.
