@marcoarment per ep 512 — you may want seek out a moisturizer containing a “humectant” that draws water from the air into the skin in addition to a regular moisturizer that mostly just prevents the skin from loosing moisture to the air by building a barrier. This will obviously require moisture in the air so humidifiers… good.
The abolish #parking arguments are non-starters in #rural and small-town America. Especially #conservative towns. I have yet to see the parking problem convincingly argued to those constituents in a way that has led to transformational change. Does anyone have examples?
