Why was Barrack suddenly empowered on Aug 2? Because Trump Campaign Chair Paul Manafort could not make the flight. Why couldn't Manafort make it? Because he had a late-night meeting on August 2nd with Russian spy Konstantin Kilimnik atop the Kushner-owned 666 5th Ave building. This raises another question--did Trump know of that meeting?
