Imo, I’d rather see norway continue drilling but improve the controls over the oil fund and allocate more of it towards investing in building clean energy infrastructure in oil consuming countries. The oil fund has the potential to be a driver for combating climate change disproportionate to the negative impacts of drilling at norwegian scale.

Also, the article is a year old. So I guess the second best time to prepare was then. Now is third.
