I am so tired of low effort LLM slop in open source communities. 😞 The projects I work with aren't even big. I can't imagine what huge OSS projects are facing.

Even worse when they try to defend it with more LLM slop: "This isn't just X — it's Y".

I don't have a problem with LLM assistance, but slopping out 15K lines of something and asking a community to "review it" is so exhausting, it's basically a mental DDoS attack.

@kishcom Note that some Alexa devices can be reflashed to stock Android, which can still be useful for some things, so throwing them out might not be necessary.

"Sidewalk" steals your bandwidth so Amazon can create their own BLE + LoRA network. You are not compensated for this.

in the Alexa app: Go to More > Settings > Account Settings > Amazon Sidewalk to change this setting. (Or throw out the Bezos spy machine).
