I am the Mackerel is a recording project that burst on the scene in the waning minutes of 2024 right out of the stomach of Halaka, like those little guys an that movie. there's a plan here that I (possibly we) will use this as a vehicle for the release of a specific number of albums, north of 79 and south of 90, by the end of 2025. this is the first, released on January 2nd and considering of music recorded December 30th through January 1st.
