Got a new Osprey Nebula backpack and they saved the 20 cents for the small elastic bands to keep the straps from hanging randomly around. So after a lot of research and failing to find the actual product, my girlfriend suggested double sided Velcro tape.

Works perfectly and fixes them saving 20 cents with an investment of 20 cents.

This is one of the coolest books I’ve read: Hidden Systems by Dan Nott. It’s like a graphic novel where the protagonists are systems of invisible infrastructure with their history and challenges. It was a super fun (but not very challenging) read and it feels cool to think about these systems from a perspective that I usually don’t have.

I'm staying in this apartment for a month, so obviously I decorated it to best of my ability (the plastic flower was already there)
