Tools for the great Twitter migration

Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter is providing a great large-scale natural experiment on a number of aspects of interoperability, as tens of thousands of users at least partially switch to alternative

Freue mich sehr darüber, was Markus Beckedahl @markus_netzpolitik , Gründer von Netzpolitik.org zu "Ada & Zangemann - Ein Märchen über Software, Skateboards und Himbeereis" sagt:

Migrated servers so finally time for #introductions!

Hi everyone, I'm Mathias!

I have been working on EU digital policy for the past 10 years. Did my PhD on EU privacy law on the side, and continue to write the occasional academic articles on the side. (I don't recommend it)

Hallo Welt! #neuhier
@je5perl @joris @nemobis
What is "incidental" though, might be open to interpretation
@je5perl @joris @nemobis Why do you think the #DSA rules out counting people that see embedded tweets for ex on Der Spiegel? If you take (77) "by being exposed to information disseminated on the online interface of the online platform, such as viewing it or listening to it" - to me it is covering exactly that... so if there is no cookie consent, then the platform would have to make an educated guess?
In any case, I'm looking forward to the headlines about the first video meeting between Breton and Musk in his new capacity.
Old Brussels saying: "a regulation is only as good as its enforcement"

@joris do you think logs of visits will be sufficient to qualify as a VLOPs?
From 8 cores to 36 cores processing power, let's see how the new database server holds up. Hopefully everything will be much faster from now on, but it should also give me a bit more room to scale horizontally.
