I’m just gutted. My brother’s family had to put down their dear friend Doodle. They had her for 18 years after they rescued her, which puts her at probably 20 years old? She had a long life full of backyard runs, games of fetch, and was always eager to hang out with me when I went to visit — forsaking everyone to follow me around. At the end of my last three visits, I would always say goodbye thinking it would be the last time. It turns out last year was the last time. Goodbye Doodle. 💔
