@joshbressers How about Kurt? I miss his witty remarks and the occasional pothole πŸ˜‡

My takeaway from todays episode 😁

@kurtseifried An extra level of indirection solves every problem

TouchΓ©!

It's not long before we must have brain implants to write safe code /s.

At the moment I'm not feeling threatened by AI. The code generated by AI can be summarized as hot garbage, for now.

AI is probably fine to assist inexperienced developers.

But nothing beats experience in reading and writing code. I've been paid to write code for the past 15 years, mostly in Josh's favorite language, C++.

It can be safe and performant, if you can avoid the footguns.

Hi @kurtseifried and @joshbressers.

At least 1/6000th of the weekly listeners enjoys your podcast πŸ‘.

Niche at it is, you talk about important bits and pieces of information security, and not only the tech parts, but also the human factor.

Your take on us, software developers, is correct. We're only human.

With #osspodcast there is at least one thing to look forward to on Mondays 😊.

Keep the bluntness and technically correct statements coming. Also, too few potholes in the previous shows!

Hang in there Kurt. My heart sank when I heard the intro of the latest episode of OSSP.

Wishes for the best!
