Yes, using it since I the purchase, while the similar functionality is implemented in macOS itself, it never worked out for me even after months as I wanted, so I configured AlDente and here is the look at my battery health after more than a year of daily use.

All in all this is what I do:

I never keep the battery at 100% for prolonged periods of time. (days, weeks)

When docked, I keep the battery at around 70%.

Once every 2-3 weeks I discharge the battery to approx. 20%, charge fully and keep it as is for at least an hour, then discharge to approx. 70-80%.

Well, while synthetic fibers do the job they do start to stink a lot even within the training which is not quite happening (a least not as much) with merino wool. And while combination of merino and synthetic works better than synthetic, I was hoping to ask if anyone uses 100% merino shirts for running.

Wow that's something! I have Asics Gel Kayano with more than 700 km - not sure I should get new ones, but my knees are fine and I don't feel any discomfort when running. I'm approx 75 kg.
