Years ago I was introduced to Goldsworthy’s work by River and Tides. Later J and I crashed his Scotland studio, and it was amazing. A has become fascinated with the books we have on Goldsworthy. A and I visited a containerized farm today in the parking lot of the old Brooklyn Pfizer factory. Indoor farming can use between 90-98% less water than conventional farm and no pesticides or fertilizers. It’s been driven primarily by the increased efficiency of LED lights and urbanization as well as better hydroponic techniques.
