My spiritual home is Scotland/the North East.
I navigate life with the help of the eightfold year blended with other spiritual paths including, but not exclusive to, the eight limbs of yoga, Buddhism, the cycles of the moon.

It's kind of people to follow me, but you maybe short-changed by my minimalist approach to posting and I don't always follow back.

I live with a chronic neurological disorder.

A bit of a shock to have to scrape thick ice from the car at 6.30 this morning. Never the less thee icy pattern on the roof of these car was divine ❄️.
I haven't posted #search4thelight for quite a number of days.

The day started grey overcast and mizzly as I went out for my morning swim.
The day has flourished into a light, expansive mood.
The tree pictured is in my back garden and I believe is a cherry tree.

Having not swum for a couple of mornings I was delighted to see daylight before 7am helped by completely clear skies at that time.
Coming out from my swim at 7.50am the light in the sky had changed, but was still beautiful.

Today we had beautiful sunshine and a mild breeze and life felt very spring-like.
